Looking for a rescue in/near/transport to Florida Panhandle
My last little rescue buddy passed away a couple of weeks ago and I am looking for another. I live near Pensacola, Florida, and am willing to travel 200 miles or more for the right one. I traveled that far to meet a transporter for the little guy I just lost. I prefer male Syrians. I selfishly prefer younger ones because I like to help shape their personality. I have had 2 that I consider victories because they came from homes with children who no one bothered to educate about them and they cringed when they saw hands coming towards them. It took months and patience, but they eventually loved to be held and loved. I just wish they lived longer! Any leads on my next little fella will be greatly appreciated! Feel free to forward/repost to any rescues.

I found these two fellas! They’re both a little far away from your location tho.

Sometimes you'll find hamsters to adopt at Petsmart. I would check there if you have any near you.

I saw a post on Facebook about a hamster transportation trip coming up next month (June 16-22) that covered Florida and several other southern states.
