Has anyone used the chat feature much? What do you like about it? Don't like about it?

Do you think it's worth upgrading to the paid version for:

Site notifications
Moderation
File transfers & GIF
Basic video chat
Custom colors
White label
Mobile device support
Spam protection

I haven't, as I'm on my phone it doesn't work

Absolutely not! LOL

This site will remain free to everyone for as long as I am running this site. I do pay a monthly fee to keep the site open and I would pay a one time fee to get the paid version of this chat feature but hey that's what a job is for right? I'm thankful to be in a position where I can afford to run this site without trying to make money from it.

I don't ever want to put ads or try to monetize this site for profit, this is for people to talk about, care for, and enjoy hamster keeping!

and the paid version would allow for people to use the chat feature on mobile, so that's the main reason I'm thinking of paying the fee.

If you only pay one time then I think it would be nice to have! Especially since I think a fair bit of us are probably on mobile. And the spam protection and moderation would also probably be especially helpful as the forum grows.
