Kikya, I love my rats! I'll post some pictures. The tails do not really bother me. They aren't scaley, and they are just...there...you know? I understand other people who think its weird but i quite like them!

I got my rats in November, 2024. I decided to get 4 boys so there are good dynamics. Their names are Freddie (White and black), Tobi (gray and white), Gus (Gray) and Tavi (Black). I got them from Little Whisker's Rattery. 3 hours away each way, but it was worth it! They are very sweet and love their 10sqft playpen which they go in (almost) everyday. They also love their cage.

I recently upgraded their cage from 4 units (6ft L x 2ft W x 4.5ft high) to 6 units (6Ft L, 2ft W, x 8ft high). It massive! Really huge, they are spoiled.

I like pictures of rats =) I do think they are cute until I touch the tails. I know this is a me thing. Knowing you of course they are spoiled lol You take such good care of your animals. Those are cute names!

Rats are doing well! Gus finished his meds yesterday.

I am planning to upgrade my playpen from 6ft x 4ft to over 12ft by 6ft! It's gunna be humongous!

I am using an acrylic playpen meant for dogs, and it has no gaps so no escapes. I currently have a roll/sheet of waterproof vinyl flooring so they don't eat the carpet.
