Re: Male or female?

I found a really lovely male that I want sooo baddd. He’s fairly young but he is so so sleepy. Like last night we saw him and we picked him up and he fell asleep in our hands and just sat there. He looks outwardly healthy. He has been handled a ton and is in a small enclosure with basically no ...

Re: US and Canada Rescues

Rest In Peace Houdini ❤️

Today on Sunday April 27th my very first Male and Syrian Hamster Houdini passed away. He was born December 27th according to the lady we got him from and we got him March 7th 2023. I don't even know what to say honestly except I could probably go on and on but he was such a good hamster. He never ...

Re: Moving the Niteangel

Any advice on getting Houdini in his travel carrier? We are moving Thursday July 18th and will either move him tomorrow Wednesday July 17th or on Thursday but he is not tamed and is scared of us a bit still so I have never been able to get him in his carrier except for when we first picked him ...

Re: Moving the Niteangel

If you are going to move it with the bedding inside, I would at least remove anything that might fall over when moving, or really heavy things like the sand bath.

If you can get a piece of plywood or something under it, you may be able to move together, like Spud said.
