You could try sanding pee off wood, I've heard that this can help but I'm not sure if it would work for really bad stains. In the future you could try putting something more waterproof on top on the platform, like a tile or something similar. I hope this helps!

This is a good cage, but I would probably add a few more hideouts and tunnels. A multichamber hideout (can be made from cardboard) would be great to fill in some of the extra space!
