Sorry about the recent spam posts. I've been trying to keep up with checking in so I can clear it. Last year, Kikya was lovely enough to install a system to get through, so we don't have as many bots as we did previously (that was a nightmare if you remember ). I try to do my best to clear them, but life gets in the way, so I'm not always able to log in and check. I find there's a period where there's 15 in a single day and then a period where there is none, thankfully. If anyone knows how we could stop this fully, I'm sure Kikya would love the feedback as well as us mods!
hi !! it makes me so sad to see this little clubhouse almost turning into a ghost town :'3 is there anything i can do to help? i'm sure it's super overwhelming, i'm sorry you're having to deal with this! i don't know much of anything about technology or websites, so i couldn't offer a fix (at least not without some research), but if there's anything you mods need i'm happy to do my best <3

Idea: Would you like non-admins to post a catchphrase to spam posts? So you can search that phrase and get a list of posts to work through?

Its much easier now to clear than it was last year when it was 200+ spam posts a day Kikya installed higher secruity so not as much but there is some bots that slip through the cracks. I will for sure look into that though!

Basically if I run across a spam post, I can respond to the post with something like "LALA." Then you or the other admins can search "LALA" and all the threads with that will come up to make it easier to find some spam threads you might have missed. Like this:
