Blocks / Large Pellets: Living World Extrusion Pellets (will eat & stash!)

Post by hamsworth »

I bought the Living World Extrusion Pellets from Petsmart.

Listed Prices
Petsmart: $12.99 CAD for 680 grams / 1.5 pounds. (November 2024.)

I treat it as a supplementary food and give my Syrian a pellet block roughly once a week and replace the old ones every so often. He likes it and will stash it in special stash areas. :) My dwarf also liked gnawing at it or at least collecting it.

Yes I know some people that add lab blocks to their hamster seed mix! I have seen this block but have not used it personally. I know the Mazuri rat & mouse blocks were best to use, that has maybe since changed?

I'm not sure. I haven't seen Mazuri. I will try it if I see it. I'm slowly trying the better looking stuff on the shelf. :)

They seem to enjoy finding and stashing these blocks at least.
