I wish I was in the uk haha. You all have such better options for hamster supplies than we do!
I know- we're really fortunate to be honest, and Pets at Home (the main chain pet supplies shop) has started selling many more natural products over the past two years or so.
It's still not perfect, and I'd rather live in Germany, but at least it's possible to walk into a shop and buy suitable products instead of having to buy everything online.
yes you just have to be careful with what you buy there and make sure its okay
i was in there the other day, enjoy a collection of my thoughts;
-"aw hi babbbyyyy, awwww" *does stress behaviour* "oh baby.."
- "whhhyyyyy" ,
- "bedding depth?" ,
-"No! that child's getting a hamster ball! aaaaaah!! what do i say!!!"
-*looks in the hamster care info sheet* "ah yes this is actually right....." *looks over the next page, picture of small ass hamster cage* "NOO why! so close yet so far "
- "ooh a good hamster toy!"
- "this has wood shavings, yet displays as edible..."

- "why is their Christmas collection purples and blues? isn't classic colours red and green.. what"
- "oh nice a whole row of natural actual good supplies!"
- " why isnt there more sprays"
- "oop" *a bag of bedding clearly been eating by some animal* "someone got out and had a snack, but why bedding surly not go to one of the treats?"
